Questions for the year of discernment
2024 is a year of discernment, where we at St. Luke’s and St. George’s are seeking to ask God where he wants to lead us in the coming years. As a first stage in the process we want to gather questions from our church members and local community to ask of God through the process.

Hope Explored – Sign up now
As a follow up to our Christmas services we are running a short three session course this month called, Hope Explored. This is a great opportunity for people interested in discovering how Christianity can offer hope, peace and purpose in our world. For regular group members it will also be a chance to try out a new evangelistic course that they might want to use with a friend or friends. Please register your interest using the form below by (Sunday 7th January) if you are interested in joining a group doing this course.

Welcome in Christmas Day itself with this special Holy Communion, surrounded by the trees from our Christmas Tree festival.
There is No Rose
An evening of Baroque and Tudor Music in the midst of the St. George’s Christmas Tree festival. Tomorrow!! Sunday 17th December, 7pm at St. George’s Church.
Hope Explored
We will be running this three-session course in January 2024 to discover how the Christian message answers our longings for hope, peace and purpose.
Christmas Lights at St George’s
On 26th November, after the Ramsgate Town Christmas lights were switched on, GB Carnival and their band Samba Ya Wantsum led the way from the town centre up to St George’s.
Christmas Tree Festival – Starts this Friday!
St. George’s Christmas Tree Festival opens this Friday (8th December) at 2pm. You can come and view the trees anytime from 2-5pm from 8th to 17th December (although there is a RNLI Carol Service taking place 3-4pm on Saturday 9th. It is a sight not to be missed!!
Christmas Fair (St. Luke’s Church)
The Social Events team will be holding a Christmas Fair in St. Luke’s Church on Saturday 9th December from 10:30am to 2:30pm. Do come along, enjoy the fun and bring friends and family.
