St George’s Spring Parade
St George’s Church and Great British Carnival are joining forces with the Ramsgate Neighbourhood Board to bring a spectacular St George’s Day Spring Parade and the ‘Pride in Place’ celebration to our beautiful town.
Easter 2026
At the heart of the Christian faith is the death and resurrection of Jesus. Jesus died for our sins on the cross, bringing us peace with God. He rose from the dead giving us hope of eternal life. Join us to celebrate all that Jesus did for us and achieved and find peace and hope for today.
Mothering Sunday (15th March 2026)
Join us on 15th March for a special All Age service to celebrate Mothering Sunday, 10am at St. George’s Church.
Speak Their Name Suicide Memorial Quilt
The Kent Speak Their Name quilt will be visiting St George’s from 18th March to 1st April, with a Connection Event on Saturday 21st March, when there will be a chance to learn more about the quilt and the stories behind it, and to take part in a Q&A session from 2pm to 4pm.
Christmas Baroque (18th December, 7pm)
Join us in the beautiful setting of St. George’s, during its fabulous Christmas Tree festival for the delight of music from the Baroque Collective a group of eight professional musicians. The concert will feature Vivaldi’s four seasons.
Christmas Tree Festival 2025
Our Christmas Tree festival is open from Friday 13th through to Sunday 22nd, 2-5pm. Everyone is welcome to come in free of charge (but donations welcome) to view the trees and vote for their favourite one.
Thanet Festival Choir @ Advent Doors
On Tuesday 16th December Thanet Festival Choir will be joining us at St George’s to participate in the annual Ramsgate Living Advent Calendar, Advent Doors.
